Amarjeet Kaur Sharma

Amarjeet Kaur Sharma has extensive work experience in human resources management. Amarjeet has held various managerial roles in companies such as Marigold, Cheetah Digital, Mediaocean, QLogic, Quinnox, Mphasis, and Oceans Connect. Amarjeet has experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policy formulation, employee engagement, M&A activities, and talent management. Amarjeet has also demonstrated skills in team management, cultural integration, and executing HR deliverables.

Amarjeet Kaur Sharma obtained a B.Com degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2002. Following that, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from the same university, which they completed in 2004. Earlier in their education, Amarjeet attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for their high school education between 1997 and 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Amarjeet has obtained several certifications, including "Introduction to ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance" from LinkedIn in 2024 and "Jay Shetty Certified Life and Success Coach" from the Association for Coaching (AC) in 2022. Amarjeet has also completed various training courses on leadership, management, communication, and diversity and inclusion, primarily from LinkedIn. Amarjeet is also certified as an Insights Discovery Practitioner by Insights.
