Jarrod Taylor

Jarrod Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and design. Currently serving as a Senior Escalation Engineer at Marigold since January 2023, Jarrod has previously held roles as a Senior Escalation Engineer and Support Escalation Engineer at Campaign Monitor from April 2015 to February 2023. Additionally, Jarrod has worked as an Ecommerce Specialist at yedmart since May 2007, and has had a diverse career including positions such as Brand Manager at DP Surfboards, Senior Web/UI Designer & Project Manager at Pinto Creative, and various design and support roles at Campaign Monitor, BYRNE SURF, IM Advertising, and theviciouscycle. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts degree in Graphic Design & New Media from the University of Wollongong, completed in 2004.
