Noémie Niesten

Noémie Niesten has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Noémie started their career as a lawyer at Claeys & Engels in 2007. Noémie then worked as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they joined EY as a Manager from 2012 to 2014. Noémie then worked as a Social Advisor at Agoria from 2014 to 2018. Noémie then transitioned to Selligent S.A. where they served as an HR Manager from 2018 to 2021 before being promoted to Senior HR Manager from 2021 to the present. Currently, they are working at Marigold as the Director HR Europe and will be taking on the role of Senior Director HR Europe from February 2023.

Noémie Niesten holds a Master's degree in law from the Université catholique de Louvain. Noémie also completed a Master's degree in social law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Transformational Leadership from LinkedIn in 2022.
