Shelby Frimodig

Shelby Frimodig is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Training & Development at Marigold since July 2023. Prior experience at RealPage, Inc. from February 2016 to July 2023 includes roles such as Director and Sr. Manager in various training and content development capacities, where Shelby successfully built a Global Training team to support over 600 Product Support employees. Additional experience includes managing support teams at SymQuest, where responsibilities included overseeing project coordination and maintaining high-quality customer service. Shelby holds a BS in International Business with concentrations in Global Logistics & Finance and Small Business Management from Champlain College, earned between 2003 and 2007.
