Sherman C. has a strong background in information security and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Sherman currently serves as the VP Security and Chief Information Security Officer at Marigold since 2022. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they were the Chief Information Security Officer at Cision, where they developed and executed a multi-year vision for information security, improved security posture, and ensured compliance with international standards.

From 2018 to 2021, Sherman held the role of Chief Information Security Officer at ErisX. During their time there, they built and led a team to create an enterprise information security program from scratch. Sherman also developed security policies, implemented security operations programs, and ensured compliance with regulations and audits.

Before joining ErisX, Sherman worked as a Security Architect at William Blair & Company from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for security architecture, engineering, and operations.
