Theresa also has experience in customer service and training roles at CNH America, LLC, U.S. Bank, Firstar, and John Deere Info Systems. Prior to their corporate career, Theresa worked as an English teacher at Waukesha West High School. Theresa McGinn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in the years 1991-1996. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in HDI Support Center Manager (SCM) from HDI in 2011, Project Management Foundations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2011, ITIL v2 Practitioner - Support and Restore from Pink Elephant in 2006, and ITIL v2 Foundations from Pink Elephant in 2004.
