Piia Puhakka

Piia Puhakka is a seasoned professional in visual merchandising and retail concept management with over two decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Global Retail Concept Manager at Marimekko since May 2011, Piia Puhakka oversees the development of global retail and wholesale store concepts and POS solutions. Previous roles include Global VM and Space Planner and various positions at Iittala Group, where responsibilities encompassed planning visual merchandising guidelines, retail solutions, and overseeing visual merchandising in stores across Europe and globally. Piia Puhakka began their career with Iittala Group in 2003 and holds an Artesan degree in Glass Blowing from Häme School of Crafts and Design, with ongoing education at the Taideteollinen korkeakoulu - Konstindustriella högskolan.
