Riika Wikberg

Riika Wikberg currently serves as Chief Business Development Officer at Marimekko, a position held since March 2017, where Riika leads the Business Development and Sustainability teams while contributing to the Management Board. Previously, Riika served as Director of Corporate Programs at Outotec, overseeing various internal development initiatives. At Fiskars, Riika held multiple roles, including Product Manager for Kitchenware and Business Development Manager, managing product portfolios and strategic development projects. As a co-owner and entrepreneur of design by katri/n, Riika successfully developed a prominent Finnish fashion label. Riika's career began at The Boston Consulting Group as a consultant, focusing on strategy and M&A across diverse industries. Riika holds a Master's Degree in Logistics and International Management from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, along with additional qualifications from The London School of Economics and Taideteollinen korkeakoulu.
