Stefan Rating

Stefan Rating, MCIArb, is an accomplished attorney specializing in EU and competition law, currently serving as co-practice group leader at Marimón Abogados and as an Arbitration Delegate at the Barcelona Arbitration Court since April 2023. Stefan has extensive experience, including advising the Brussels-based law firm Oswell & Vahida since March 2020, and holding a senior advisory role at Axon Partners Group since January 2018. Previously, Stefan served as President of the CCBLB - Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona and founded Rating Legis S.L.P., focusing on EU and Spanish competition law. With a strong academic background including a PhD in Law from Freie Universität Berlin and specialized training in arbitration, Stefan has also played a significant role in various legal practices and organizations.
