Reilly Schroeder

Reilly Schroeder is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in human resources, customer service, and education. Currently serving as a Human Resources Fellow and Intern at Marin Clean Energy, Reilly is actively engaged in promoting sustainable practices and enhancing departmental functions. Prior to this role, Reilly worked at lululemon as an Educator, fostering personal connections with guests to enhance their shopping experience. As a Peer Advisor in the Psychology Department at the University of Oregon, Reilly demonstrated problem-solving skills and peer engagement. Experience as a Research Assistant in the OTTER-R Lab further diversified Reilly's skills in psychology research.
