Carla Overberger

Carla is a longtime Marin County resident and an active member of the community, with considerable knowledge in group problem solving and strategic consulting to decision makers. She was the owner of consulting practice Acme Business Corporation, where she provided consulting services to business, government, and nonprofit agencies. Carla also served as a consultant for the Administrative Office of the Courts, Wells Fargo (where she also held multiple positions for 15 years), Visa International and USA, and Providian Financial. In addition, she served on the San Anselmo Town Council and the San Anselmo Planning Commission. Prior to joining the Vivalon board, Carla was board president of Ross Valley Ecumenical Housing Association (Tam House), board member at DeAnza House, and an events producer for the Town of San Anselmo Recreation Department.
