Erica Gates has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Erica started their career as a Marketing Intern at InsideUp in 2010, where they managed the generation of business service leads and traffic through online marketing techniques.

Erica then worked at iCrossing from 2010 to 2014, initially as a Media Analyst, where they launched and managed international SEM campaigns and supported small business accounts. Later, they became a Senior Media Analyst, managing SEM campaigns, conducting detailed analysis, and optimizing strategies to improve ROI and conversion metrics.

In 2014, Erica joined Geary LSF as an Account Services Manager, focusing on client communication, strategy formulation, creative development, and budgeting for B2C and B2B clients.

From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Boost Media as a Customer Success Manager, managing enterprise advertisers and driving uplift in their marketing results through collaborative initiatives. Erica also maximized client retention through value communication and data-driven reporting.

Since 2016, Erica has been working at Marin Software as a Customer Success Manager, managing a portfolio of client accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and workflow efficiencies.

In addition to their professional experience, Erica also served as the Marketing and Finance Chair at Benefit for Rady Children's Hospital San Diego, organizing a successful fundraiser resulting in over $50,000 donation.

Erica Gates attended Poway High School from 2002 to 2006. After completing their high school education, they attended San Diego State University from 2006 to 2010. During their time at the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and graduated with honors, achieving the distinction of Cum Laude.
