William Soo

William Soo currently serves as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology at Marina Bay Sands since March 2016, overseeing all IT areas including delivery, central services, and operations. Prior to this role, William held several key positions, such as Group Head and CTO at MasterCard, where responsibilities included leading technology operations for the China market and overseeing global technology and IT operations. At DBS Bank, William directed the architecture and technology for Global Transaction Services, successfully rolling out key systems across regional hubs. William's experience also includes significant roles at Travelex, Lloyds TSB, Vocalink, and Electronic Data Systems, focusing on IT strategy, architecture, and high-volume transaction systems. With a career spanning more than three decades, William has established expertise in payment and banking solutions, enterprise architecture, and complex technology program delivery.
