Shaun E. Williams Ccim, Cmb®

Shaun E. Williams, CCIM, CMB®, has a strong background in the banking industry with over 23 years of experience. Shaun E. is currently serving as the EVP and Chief Lending Officer at Marine Bank & Trust since August 2018. Prior to this role, Shaun worked at Harbor Community Bank as the SVP and Director of Commercial Lending from November 2011 to August 2018. Shaun E. also served as the VP and Commercial Loan Officer at TD Bank in July 2011. Shaun has a history of managing loan portfolios and commercial lending, as seen in their role as the Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager at Grand Bank & Trust of Florida from July 2009 to July 2011. Shaun E. started their banking career at Barnett Bank as a Teller in January 1997 and has since held various roles including Residential Loan Officer, Assistant Branch Manager, and Business Banking Officer at Seacoast Bank and SunTrust. Shaun's experience and expertise in the banking industry make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Shaun E. Williams, CCIM, CMB®, has a diverse education history. In 2007, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business.

Shaun also pursued executive education, earning a Leadership Certificate from The Wharton School in 2015. In the same period, they obtained a Diploma from ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Shaun's education journey began at Port St Lucie High School, where they completed their high school education from 1991 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Shaun has obtained multiple certifications. Shaun E. is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), having obtained this certification from the CCIM Institute in April 2023. Shaun E. is also a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), certified by the Mortgage Bankers Association in September 2022. Furthermore, Shaun is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP), earning this certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association in January 2022.
