Jessica Telemaque

Jessica Telemaque is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in individual and planned giving. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Director of Development at the Marine Biological Laboratory since November 2025, Jessica has previously held significant roles, including Senior Major Gift Officer for Special Initiatives at Boston University and Senior Development Officer at the Animal Rescue League of Boston. A background in leadership gifts is also represented in Jessica's role as Leadership Gifts Officer at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Earlier positions include Associate Director of The Wellesley Fund at Wellesley College and Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Jessica holds a BA in English with a writing concentration from Worcester State University and a certificate from The Center for Collaborative Leadership's Emerging Leaders Program at UMass Boston.
