Diane L. George has extensive experience in both military and civil service roles. Since May 2010, Diane has held multiple voluntary positions within the Marine Corps League Detachment #780, including Paymaster, Newsletter Editor, Web Sergeant, and Historian. Diane also serves as Paymaster for the Department of Delaware and the DE Devil Dogs Detachment 780. Prior to this, Diane worked at the Baltimore City Police Department from April 1969 to July 1996, serving as Secretary III in various capacities, including secretary to the Legal Advisor and Deputy Commissioner of the Operations Bureau. Diane's military service includes time in the United States Marine Corps from 1964 to 1966, achieving the rank of Lance Corporal with a focus on commercial duties. Diane completed secondary education at Delphos Jefferson High School, earning a high school diploma in 1963.
