Caitlin Lyga Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Caitlin is currently working as an Author at Fulcrum Publishing since June 2022. Prior to this, Caitlin served as the VP of Communications & Inclusion at Marine Credit Union, where their responsibilities included leading external and internal communications, supporting organizational change and development, and executing projects to increase engagement, productivity, and growth. Caitlin also held the position of Director of Corporate Communications at Marine Credit Union from December 2014 to July 2022.

Caitlin has also been actively involved in community initiatives, such as serving as a Steering Committee Member for the Healthy Living Center, A Gundersen Health System and La Crosse Area Family YMCA Collaboration since 2017. Additionally, they have been a Champion for Creating a Resilient & Trauma-Informed Community since January 2019, where they act as an ambassador and coach to organizations implementing trauma-informed practices.

In the past, Caitlin has held roles at Ingersoll Rand and Logistics Health Incorporated, where they focused on communications and training. Caitlin has also served as a Board Member for the La Crosse Area Family YMCA and worked as a Sportswriter/Copyeditor for the La Crosse Tribune. Overall, Caitlin's work experience showcases their expertise in communications, leadership, community engagement, and project execution.

Caitlin Lyga Wilson has a Master of Servant Leadership degree from Viterbo University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2006 to 2010. Their major field of study during their undergraduate education was English Writing & Rhetoric, and they also completed a minor in Interpersonal Communication. Additionally, Caitlin has obtained certifications such as the Care Ally Certification from First Free Church in February 2019 and the Well Workplace Practitioner certification from the Wellness Council of America.
