Pradeep Gawade

Pradeep Gawade began their work experience as a Jr. Mechanical Engineer at Shree Mhalhar Engineering Co. in September 2017. Their responsibilities included preparing drawings on AutoCAD, preparing Bill of Material for projects, and conducting daily work records. Pradeep then joined Accura Shelving Systems Pvt. Ltd. as a Design Engineer in December 2018. In this role, they met with clients and design teams to determine mechanical applications and requirements, created designs for retail fixtures, and prepared shop layouts using AutoCAD. Pradeep Gawade then worked at RONUK METAFIN PRIVATE LIMITED as a Design Engineer from March 2021 to December 2021. There, they assisted senior engineers in design, development, and testing of mechanical systems, created plant layouts, and worked with team members to establish timelines and budgets for the design. Currently, Pradeep Gawade is working at Marine Electricals (India) Limited as a Design and Development Engineer. Their responsibilities include creating and designing 3D models using Inventor, modifying existing designs to improve product performance or functionality, and generating bills of materials and parts lists to support manufacturing activities.

Pradeep Gawade obtained their secondary school certificate from Mangubhai Dattani Vidyalaya in the years 2001 to 2011. Following this, they enrolled at Nirmala Memorial Foundation College of Commerce & Science, where they pursued a higher secondary school certificate in Computer Science from 2011 to 2013. Finally, Pradeep attended the University of Mumbai from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
