Dave Baril has extensive experience in leadership and career development, currently serving as the Transition Readiness Program Manager for Marine Corps Community Services since May 2014, where a team of eight is led to assist service members at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in transitioning to civilian life. A Certified Professional Career Coach and Certified Federal Career Coach, Baril provides essential tools to support separating service members and their families. Previously, Baril served in various roles within the United States Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve from May 1999 to June 2020, including Program Manager and Engineer, while also gaining management experience at Gavin de Becker & Associates and practical skills in the cycling industry as a Bicycle Mechanic and Sales Associate. Baril holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the United States Naval Academy and has furthered education through multiple courses at Marine Corps University and recruitment training.
