Michael Conroy

Michael Conroy currently serves as a Management and Manpower Analyst for III MEF since April 2024 and has been a Transition Specialist at Marine Corps Community Services since May 2022. With a robust background in the US Navy from June 1992 to November 2018, Conroy held various positions including Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing quality assurance policies and managing personnel training, and served as an Aviation Maintenance/Production Chief, supervising maintenance on naval aircraft. In previous roles, Conroy was a Senior Enlisted Advisor at Navy Munitions Command, providing guidance to enlisted personnel, and a Department Leading Chief, managing personnel development and operations. Conroy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland University College and an Associate's degree from Central Texas College.
