Natalie Myers

Natalie Myers has extensive work experience in various industries. Natalie served as the Human Resources Director at Marine Corps Community Services from October 2019 to the present. Following that, they worked as an Elections Officer for the City of Alexandria, Virginia starting from January 2020. From July 2020 to October 2020, they also worked as an Enumerator at the U.S. Census Bureau. Prior to these roles, Natalie had a long tenure at New Jersey Courts, where they held positions such as Human Resources Division Manager, EEO/AA Officer, and Administrative Supervisor 2 from 1998 to 2019. Natalie initially began their career as an Office Manager at Quality Beer Sales (Anheuser-Busch Wholesaler) and later worked as a Merchant Bank Card Sales and Service representative at Bank of Virginia (Signet Bank).

Natalie Myers has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Hampton University. Natalie further specialized in Marketing during their time at the university from 1982 to 1986. In 1987, Natalie attended Virginia Commonwealth University, focusing on Computer Science for a year. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Religion/Religious Studies at Howard University School of Divinity starting in 2022. Additionally, Natalie has obtained several certifications, including HR Leadership, Introduction to the SHRM-CP Certification Exam, Performance Coaching, Creating a Culture of Learning, Mindfulness Practices, Talent Management, Unconscious Bias, Extended DISC, The Speed of Trust, Leadership, The Change Element, and Trainer.
