Adam Mills is an accomplished professional in the marine industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Flow Marine Ltd since September 2023, focusing on market share expansion and brand development within the marine propulsion sector. With extensive experience at Marine Jet Power since July 2017, Adam has held various roles including Global Consultant and Regional Sales Director for EMEA and the Americas, where responsibilities included driving sales strategies and increasing product awareness. Adam's early career featured roles as a Sales Proposal and Project Engineer at Marine Specialised Technology Limited, and as a Senior Naval Architect at Sealine Yachts. Adam holds a BEng Hons in Mechanical and Marine Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
