Sara Westbrook

Sara Westbrook has extensive experience in merchandising and product management. Sara is currently working at Marine Layer as the Vice President of Merchandising & Product Management since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Old Navy as the Sr. Director / DMM Womens from January 2019 to February 2020, and as the Head of Merchandising, Plus & Maternity / Sr. Director Women's from March 2018 to February 2020. Before Old Navy, Sara served as the Interim Head of Merchandising at Athleta from July 2017 to February 2018. Sara also held various positions at J.Crew, including VP Merchandising, Womens from June 2015 to November 2016, VP Merchandising, Mens from November 2012 to June 2015, DMM, Mens from March 2011 to November 2012, and Sr. Merchandiser, Mens from November 2007 to March 2011. Prior to J.Crew, they worked as a Product Line Manager at Spyder Active Sports from August 2006 to November 2007. Sara started their career in the retail industry at Gap Inc. - Banana Republic, where they held roles such as Senior Merchandiser from October 2004 to October 2005, Merchandiser from February 2003 to October 2004, Assistant Merchant from May 2002 to February 2003, and Retail Management Program Trainee from October 2001 to May 2002.

Sara Westbrook attended the University of San Francisco from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mathematics.
