James Boan is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems administration, desktop engineering, and project management. Currently serving as a Computer Configuration Manager at Marine Systems Corporation since January 2019, James oversees the maintenance of laptop computers used during Navy ship trials. Previously, James held various technical roles at Hancock Holding Company and other organizations, focusing on system lifecycle management, software packaging, and active directory migrations. James has been a dedicated volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol since 1993, achieving the rank of Major and earning multiple commendations, including the Commanders Commendation and the Grover C. Loening Award. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Herzing University, James also holds an Associate's degree in Computer Networking.
