Terry L. Costlow

Terry L. Costlow has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Terry L. is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Marine Well Containment Company (MWCC), where they oversee the company's internal operations and ensures the readiness and effectiveness of MWCC's shore bases, equipment, and support services for response activities. Prior to their role at MWCC, Terry was seconded by BP to serve as the COO at MWCC. In this position, they also focused on internal operations and process improvement. Before joining MWCC and BP, Terry held various managerial roles in engineering services for BP, including Gulf of Mexico Deepwater Operations and North America Gas Onshore Operations. Terry L. also served in leadership positions related to engineering integrity and maintenance reliability in the Gulf of Mexico-Shelf region. Prior to their time at BP, Terry worked as an Engineer in the Offshore Gulf of Mexico Shelf Business Unit at Amoco Exploration & Production. Terry L. began their career at Amoco Pipeline Company in engineering technical services.

Terry L. Costlow's education history includes obtaining a B.Sc.
