Jason Delman

Jason Delman, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Mariner Finance since July 2009, Jason leads all facets of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, performance evaluation, compensation, metrics, benefits, and payroll. Previously, Jason held positions such as HR Manager and Human Resources Specialist at Jewish Community Services, and HR Generalist at NELSON and AHP Settlement Trust. Jason earned a B.S. in Business with a Concentration in Human Resources from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and completed the Professional in Human Resources Course through the Chesapeake Human Resources Association in 2008.
