Troy Gallagher

Troy Gallagher is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business application support and service desk roles. Currently serving as a Senior Business Application Specialist at Mariner Finance since August 2017, Troy has previously held positions such as Service Desk Technician at the same company and Service Desk Associate at Ciena, where responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing account management support through Active Directory.
