Jay Sivel

Jay works with clients to create comprehensive wealth plans to help them achieve their financial goals.

Prior to joining Mariner Wealth Advisors, he worked as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch for six years. In 1999, he started Sivel Capital Management, Inc., where he applied fundamental and technical analysis to his financial decision-making and built client portfolios based on capital preservation and income generation.

After high school, Jay joined the US Navy and served in the submarine service.

He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and international studies from LaSalle University.
