Lionel Seah has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lionel's earlier work experience includes a role as a Customer Service Executive at Singtel from February 2013 to June 2014, where they provided customer service support. Lionel also served in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as a Corporal First Class Combat Medic (EMT) from November 2010 to November 2012.

Lionel Seah completed their education with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technical Education, which they pursued from 2006 to 2008. Apart from their formal education, Lionel Seah also obtained a certification in Sales: Closing Strategies from LinkedIn in April 2020.
