Derek R. Cournoyer

Derek R. Cournoyer, VP Quality Assurance, is responsible for firm-wide quality control and manages the firm’s Compliance Department. Mr. Cournoyer offers a wealth of experience in residential, commercial, and REO real estate law to the firm. Prior to taking on an executive role he was the firm’s lead Rhode Island attorney. Mr. Cournoyer demonstrates the practical skills and knowledge necessary to ensure client satisfaction across all fronts and has been recognized for his zeal, compassion, integrity, and timeliness to all client matters. As the firm’s go-to expert for all things related to communications, client systems, investor and regulatory compliance, scorecards, training, analytic reviews, audits (internal and external), and process changes, he aims to always be accessible and responsive.
