Sarah S. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to the present. Sarah started their career as a Receiving Clerk at Muncie Public Library and worked there until 2004. In 2004, they joined Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital as a Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator and later took on the role of Guest Relations Supervisor. Sarah also served as a Project Manager - Transformation Deployment Leader, where they led process improvement events and projects using LEAN techniques.

In 2015, Sarah joined the Indiana State Department of Health as a Performance Improvement Manager, responsible for updating and aligning metrics for the department's strategic plan. Sarah later became the Director of the Office of Public Health Performance Management, overseeing the agency's strategic plan and quality improvement initiatives.

Sarah then moved to Parkview Health in 2016 as the Director of PPG Operations Deployment, where they focused on operations and deployment strategies.

Currently, Sarah works at Marion Health. Sarah has held various roles, including Interim Risk Manager, Corporate Compliance Officer, Privacy Officer, and Protective Services.
