Ashley Thomas

Ashley Thomas is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and support roles. Currently serving as the Teacher and 2nd Grade Math Course Lead at Marion P. Thomas Charter School since August 2019, Ashley instructs students in math, science, and social studies. Previous experience includes teaching 7th and 8th Grade Language Arts at Hope Partnership for Education and working as an Americorps Member with City Year, where Ashley provided tutoring in literacy and math. Additionally, Ashley has a background in library services as a Senior Library Coordinator at The College of New Jersey and served as a Social Media Advisor for the Turkish Cypriot Community Association. Ashley holds a degree from The College of New Jersey, earned between 2012 and 2016, following a diploma from Bloomfield High School.
