Mark Brooks

Mark Brooks has a strong background in law enforcement and leadership. Mark served as the Accreditation Manager at the West Valley City Police Department from August 2016 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Police Chief (Ret.) at the Marion Police Department. Mark's earlier experience includes a role as Police Captain at the Shelby Police Department from 1988 to 2010.

Mark Brooks has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gardner-Webb University. Mark also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Administration of Justice from the University of Louisville.
