Richard Morse

Richard Morse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and talent management. As the Principal and Owner of Teewinot Consulting and a Leadership Team Coach at Mariposa Leadership, Inc., Richard provides expert guidance in organizational development. Richard is also a member of the Flourish Consulting Collective and serves as Committee Co-Chair for the HR Strategy Forum. Previously, Richard held key roles at Gilead Sciences, including Senior Director of Talent Management and Director of Learning and Development. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Middlebury College and a Certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University.
