Jono Sowry

Jono Sowry is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Technical Director at Maris Interiors since November 2024, Jono previously held the role of Senior Project Manager - Pre construction at Unispace from June 2022 to November 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager at Morgan Project Services Australia, managing major construction projects across New Zealand, and serving as a Site Manager at THOR CONSTRUCTION LTD, focusing on onsite operations and health and safety management. Jono began as a Builder at Buildstrong Construction, where a National Certificate in Carpentry was obtained, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from The University of Auckland.
