Richard Monigatti is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, compliance, and operational legal services. Currently serving as the Manager of Legal Services - Litigation and Operations at Maritime New Zealand since January 2021, Richard provides legal support for both domestic and international maritime regulatory functions. Previously, Richard was a Tutor and grader at the University of Auckland, teaching tort law and public law, and held various positions at Dentons Kensington Swan, including Associate in general litigation.
