Ridvan Sağlam is a seasoned professional in the field of education, currently serving as a Learning & Development Manager and Learning Technologies Specialist at Maritime Trainer since July 2022. With extensive experience in eLearning development and instructional design, Ridvan previously held the role of Elearning Developer at UKLAACADEMY from October 2012 to August 2018, while also working as an EFL teacher. Prior to that, Ridvan gained significant experience as an English teacher at various language institutions, including Globus Language School, Language Art, and Bakbil Language Course, from 2005 to 2012. Ridvan holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Uludag University, completed in 2006.
