John Russo

John Russo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. John started their career in 1985 as the Director of Customer Service at Laclede Gas Co. John then moved on to work at Citicorp Mortgage Inc as an Assistant Vice President, Quality Operations, where they managed training and development for servicing and delinquency operations. In 1993, they joined Maritz as a Senior Trainer, responsible for designing and implementing employee training programs. Throughout their time at Maritz, they held various roles including Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Client Lead/Director Project Management. In these positions, they managed strategic accounts, oversaw teams of up to 15 members, and successfully led multi-million dollar projects.
