COO (Chief Operating Officer) at MARJ3

Ahmed Elgebaly has a wealth of experience in the Ed-Tech and Entrepreneurship sectors. AHMED began their career in 2015 as the Co-Founder and Education and Content Manager of MARJ3, a MENA Leading Ed-Tech platform, and COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Emonovo, an Ed-Tech platform that supports MENA youth to pursue their educational journey around the world. AHMED also worked as an Education & Scholarship Consultant and MARJ3 Internship Manager, where they were responsible for recruiting interns from all over the MENA region, conducting application filtration and interviews, and training and giving feedback to interns.

In 2014, Ahmed took on the role of Trainer of Entrepreneurship for University Students and Graduates at INJAZ Egypt, a member nation of Junior Achievement Worldwide and Young Enterprise Europe. In this role, they helped students and graduates to start their own startups, taught them how to choose the right team and raise funding, and provided training on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. AHMED also served as an Entrepreneurship Trainer for High School Students and a Coordinator at INJAZ Egypt.

In 2017, Ahmed was an Alumni of Flat6Labs Accelerator, a program that helped their startup MARJ3 grow 10X in traction from only 25K to 250K monthly unique visitors, making it the #1 scholarship platform over the MENA Region according to Alexa. AHMED was also an Alumni of the Youth Entrepreneurship Program at AMIDEAST, a participant of Facebook, CBC Egypt, and MIT Enterprise Forum Pan Arab, and an Alumni of CFA Access Scholarship (CFA–the Chartered Financial Analyst) at CFA Institute. Additionally, they were the CEO & Co-Founder of Abasthalk initiative for Opportunities & Scholarships, a series of awareness events about scholarships for 3000 attendees, and an Alumni of the International Startup Academy at Azerbaijan.

Ahmed Elgebaly attended the University of Delaware Leadership Program in 2015. From 2013 to 2016, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cairo University. AHMED also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from Helwan University Cairo in 2012-2013. In December 2015, Ahmed Elgebaly obtained a NIH ethics training course certification from Protecting Human Research Participants (PHRP) Online Training, Inc.
