Dugal Smith

Dugal Smith is an experienced professional in operations and manufacturing leadership with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Contract Manufacturing at Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. since June 2024, Dugal previously held the position of Director, External Manufacturing at Congo Brands from October 2023 to June 2024. Prior to that role, Dugal served as Vice President of Operations at Alpha Foods from September 2021 to September 2023 and spent over eight years at Mark Anthony Group in various capacities, including Senior Director of Network Optimization and Director of Operations. Dugal’s earlier experience includes serving as Acting Director of Operations for the Bread division at Maple Leaf Foods. Academically, Dugal holds an MBA in Accounting & Organizational Behaviour from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a BA in Political Science from The University of British Columbia.
