Bryan Otte

Bryan Otte is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and strategic operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at MGAC since June 2023, Bryan Otte leads HR initiatives in a global boutique construction consultancy. Prior to this role, Bryan Otte founded HRPlus Group in November 2019 and held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at SmartBrief, Inc. from 2004 to 2019. Additional roles include VP of Strategic Operations at Time Life, VP of Database Marketing at Discovery Communications, and General Manager at U.S. News and World Report. Early career experience includes positions at Palm Coast Data and Accenture. Bryan Otte holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
