Michele Phan

Michele Phan has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and management. Michele most recently held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Mark IV Capital since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Baldwin Risk Partners as a Senior Human Resources Manager and later as the Director of Colleague Relations for the West Region. Michele has also served as a Human Resources Manager at Mark IV Capital and as a Human Resources Director at Birtcher Anderson & Davis Associates, Inc. Michele has extensive experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs, as well as managing employee benefits, training, and risk management. Additionally, Michele has worked as an HR/Administrative Director for a consultancy and as an HR/Payroll Manager at MKA Capital Group Advisors, LLC. Overall, they have a strong background in HR management and has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

Michele Phan attended Chapman University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology / Organizational Leadership. Michele also holds a license in CA Accident & Health and Life-Only. In September 2020, Michele Phan obtained the Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) certification from HRCI.
