Michele Schmeer

Michele Schmeer has extensive experience in property and community management, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Community Manager at Mark IV Enterprises since August 2019, Michele previously held the same title at Woodmont Properties from October 2018 to July 2019. Prior to that, Michele worked as Property Manager at Harbor Group Management Co., LLC from January 2017 to August 2018, and at Madison Apartment Group from August 2012 to August 2018.
