Cahal Dowds

Cahal Dowds is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Chair of Global Opportunities Trust plc and Continuum Advisory Partners, Cahal also holds the position of Investor with 24Haymarket and Non-Executive Director at MarktoMarket. Previously, Cahal held various senior roles at Deloitte UK, including UK Head of US/UK M&A Deal Corridor and Chairman of Advisory Corporate Finance UK, contributing significantly to the firm's operations from July 1999 to May 2018. Furthermore, Cahal was the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) from April 2002 to March 2003 and co-founded Rutherford Manson Dowds in June 1986, where Cahal worked until June 1999.
