Ganesha Martin is a renowned expert in public safety and community engagement, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Let's Meet in the Middle since January 2022, where the focus is on fostering dialogue and bridging community gaps. In addition, Martin holds the position of VP of Public Policy and Community Affairs at Mark43, steering transformative initiatives for law enforcement and community relations. As President & CEO of G.M.M. Consulting, LLC, Martin provides consultancy on police reform and community relations. A former Director in the Baltimore Police Department, Martin developed comprehensive violence reduction strategies and served as Chief of DOJ Compliance and Accountability, managing key relationships between the DOJ, city officials, and community leaders. With a legal background as a Litigation Associate and Managing Attorney, Martin possesses a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law and a BA from Baylor University.
