Julie Telfer

Julie Telfer is the current Director of Customer Success at Mark43. Julie has also worked as an independent contractor for Workforce Planning & Change at KPMG Australia from September 2019 to March 2021. Some of their key achievements during this time include shaping and leading the organisation design and restructuring required for the new buy back processes and expected pipeline of transactions, developing the roadmap to get to the future state structure including the shifts required at each stage and in each team, and managing the end to end workforce redesign from organisation structures to the recruitment and mobilisation of 40 business resources into the Business Transactions team.

Julie Telfer has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney in Human Resources Management & Management. Julie also has certification from Prosci in PROSCI.
