Jerry is a proven and accomplished leader consistently delivering high availability platforms at the lowest possible operating cost with proven expertise in systems design and development of payment and various other application platforms. His experience includes Banking, Merchant acquiring, ATM acquiring, Debit/Credit card issuing, and a myriad of integrated web sites, web services and mobile solutions. He was the Co-founded/CIO of a payments startup specifically for the casino industry as well as the CTO of startup fintech Safrapay and Cardtronics. He has extensive knowledge and experience with the Card Associations throughout the NA, APAC and LATAM regions. Jerry is a skilled team builder of both small and large teams for delivery of application development, networking, security and infrastructure systems.
