Mitchell Cloninger

Mitchell Cloninger, CFPS, currently serves as Vice President of Property Risk Consulting at Marsh since May 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Risk Solutions Specialist at Markel from February 2023 to May 2024 and as a Risk Engineering Consultant at Zurich North America from June 2018 to February 2023. Mitchell began a career in fire safety as a Fire Inspector with the Charlotte Fire Department from May 2017 to May 2018 and previously worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from August 2016 to May 2017. Mitchell holds a Master's degree in Fire Protection & Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Fire Safety Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completing studies in 2017 and 2016, respectively.
