Mark Scanlon

Mark has a strong background in the insurance industry, with experience in underwriting, managing, and growing portfolios of excess casualty/liability business for various companies in different sectors and territories. Mark has worked with US, European, and International clients, handling direct insurance and reinsurance placements. Mark has also served as a broker, managing insurance placements for French and International clients. Mark is currently the Senior Director of Excess Casualty at Markel Insurance SE, based in Dublin.
