Kathryn Urquhart Dunican

Kathryn Urquhart Dunican is an experienced professional in the fields of transportation, electric vehicles, and climate initiatives. Currently, Dunican serves as a Senior Program Advisor and has held multiple positions, including Senior Program Director and Program Director, at Plug In America since March 2018. Additionally, Dunican has worked as an Independent Consultant since September 2016, providing expertise to transportation, EV, and climate organizations on program and strategic development. Previous roles include Network Director for the Low Emission Vehicle Network at C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group and Electric Vehicle Network Director for the Clinton Foundation. Dunican began a career in climate advocacy with The Climate Reality Project and has held positions with Opportunity Green and the U.S. Department of Energy. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
